*parking at the marina is $10 per car. As of 2/2023, it is cash only until fill Power is restored.

We want you to have the most fun you can have on the water. We provide a safe ride to the sandbar, but REMEMBER - the Captain has the right to cancel your trip before, or any time during, if we feel the trip is no longer safe for you and your guests (we want you to enjoy the rest of your stay in South Florida, injuries are no fun)! UBER or TAXI's are always a great way to get to and from the marina. Local cab numbers can be provided as well. NO ONE LIKES DUI'S!  <-----

Beverages, snacks, towels, sunscreen (PLEASE NO SPRAY SUNSCREEN; the deck gets slippery and it blows everywhere but on your body), anything that might be fun to use in or on the water. 

WE SUPPLY (weather and trip dependent): beach games & floats, Bluetooth stereo, cooler and (not drinkable) ice. 

If you plan on drinking adult beverages, plan to have your ID with you. The boat is a drug free space. 

Yes! Bring the kiddos for a fun day on the water. Recommend the dolphin/eco tour for them. We carry life jackets on board but you are welcome to bring your own for the best fit. We aren't babysitters though, so if you plan on booze cruising it, best to leave them home so you can enjoy the trip without worries.

While we do not have a bathroom on board, but we do have a ladder!

General rule? BE FLEXIBLE. In South Florida, our weather can change very quickly. We don't go out when conditions are unsafe. A lot of times, the storms blow over quickly. If the Captain cancels you will receive a refund. We always try to rebook if we can. If you have any concerns before your trip, please call us! Weather apps here are not always right!

Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation (emails and may not be read in a timely manner, or may end up in the spam folder).

**Full refunds will be given when:**

- With 48 (or more) hours notice of cancellation

- Captain cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

**Partial refunds will be given when:**

- Cancellations within 24-48 hours of scheduled trip will receive a 50% refund.

**No Refunds will be given when:**

- Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled trip

- Cancellations the day of scheduled trip

- No shows

For groups of 2, or wanting to pay in cash, please call for discussing a lower rate. We believe our pricing is fair with market prices of other tours, but every so often due to rising fuel costs (which we cover) and rising costs of maintenance or dockage, we do have to raise rates over time. We try to remain on the lower end of this so we can give you the best tour for the lowest price.
